Sports Performance Class | Tuesday Evenings
– This sports performance & weight training session is designed to help the high school athlete separate themselves from the crowd in a challenging yet supportive environment. The primary focus is to sharpen biomechanics and improve speed, strength, power, and mobility to enable athletes to perform at their highest potential.
