Sports Performance Class | Sept 3th - September 24th
– This 4-week sports performance & weight training session is designed to help the high school athlete separate themselves from the crowd in a challenging yet supportive environment. The primary focus is to sharpen biomechanics and improve speed, strength, power, and mobility to enable athletes to perform at their highest potential.

Homeschool Sports Performance Class | Sept 6th - September 27th
– Home School Sports Performance includes a series of classes offered to youth within the home school community. We will be engaging in a number of physical activities to get our participants up and moving, while implementing sports performance skills in the process.
